We love ALL things vintage! So when our client approached us about having this Vintage Airplane theme for her son's birthday party, we were over the moon!  Pinterest played a big factor for inspiration when it came to gather ideas for decorations.  It truly was the perfect party: Perfect Weather, Delicious Food, Beautiful Decor, One of a Kind Details, & Super fun Entertainment!

ARRIVAL

A personalized ballon from Bon Appetite Gift Shop was the perfect addition to the entrance to the party, along with a pictured timeline of sweet birthday boy, Sebastian, in our 3x2 Chalkboard Sign.

JET LOUNGE

 The table set up was composed by fresh flowers, vintage airplanes in the centerpieces & custom menus.

IN-FLIGHT SNACKS

My all time favorite table on every party;  The Main table aka Cake & Desserts Table aka Photobooth area. This table had all kids of desserts: Vintage Airplane themed Cake, Mini mostachones, White Chocolate covered cake topped with fresh berries, "clouds"(Marshmellows). The cupcakes, customed themed cookies & cake pops were made the always amazing Sweet Moments by Daisy. 

 BAGGAGE DROP OFF

Cute little baggage boxes filled with candy were ready for all kids to take home. This table was also used as the Gift Table.

IN FLIGHT MENU & JET FUEL

Our client had catered Italian food from a local restaurant and different kinds of drinks for her guests to choose from. Simply Delicious!!

IN FLIGHT- HOT CHOCOLATE BAR

The Hot Chocolate Bar (& Coffee) was the perfect addition for an after dinner drink. Kids surE loved it!

IN-FLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT

To say that the kids had a blast is a understatement! We had a station for them where they could paint their own little wood planes, paper airplane toss game, Jenga, Ring Toss and later in the party, a Payasita came to make more games for the kids and adults! 

PASSPORT PHOTO

The photobooth area was created with a DIY airplane my husband made and our 2ft Marquee letters spelling "FLY".

LIGHTING

 Our new Edison Style String Lights added the perfect lighting to the backyard!
